Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between Account Transactions and General Ledger?
Account Transactions is a flat list with search and filter controls — better for ad-hoc investigation. General Ledger groups transactions by account with subtotals — better for a structured review of all accounts.

Can I filter by multiple accounts?
Currently you can filter to one account at a time or view all accounts together.

Do draft transactions appear here?
No — only approved (posted) transactions are included.
