Frequently Asked Questions

Will changing my company name update existing documents?
The name on existing documents is not retroactively changed. New documents will use the updated name.

What image format should I use for my logo?
PNG with a transparent background works best. JPG is also supported.

My logo looks stretched or too large on PDFs — how do I fix it?
Adjust the Logo Height value. A height of 60–80px usually works for most logos. Preview by downloading a PDF after saving.
