Answers to the most common questions about using Acusheet.


1. Can I try Acusheet before paying?

Yes. Every new company comes with a 14-day free trial that gives you full access to all Premium Plan features — cancel anytime. You can create invoices, add contacts, manage expenses, and explore the full product during the trial.

At the end of the trial, you can choose a plan to continue or cancel. Upon cancellation your account will move to Free Plan.


2. Can multiple users access the same company?

Yes. Acusheet supports team access with role-based permissions. As the company owner or admin, you can invite team members and assign them one of the built-in roles:

Admin Full access to all features and settings
Accountant Access to accounting, reports, and transactions
Sales Create and manage invoices, estimates, and contacts
Viewer Read-only access to all data

Go to Settings → Users & Roles to invite team members.


3. Is my data secure?

Yes. Acusheet uses industry-standard security practices:

  • All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS encryption)
  • Data is encrypted at rest
  • Regular automated backups are taken at the infrastructure level
  • Access is protected by email-and-password authentication

For your own peace of mind, you can also create manual backups at any time from Settings → Backup & Restore.


4. Can I manage more than one business?

Yes. A single Acusheet account can hold multiple companies. Each company has completely separate data, settings, accounts, and contacts. You can switch between companies from the company selector in the top navigation.

There is no limit on how many companies you can create, though each company requires its own active subscription after the free trial.


5. What currencies are supported?

Acusheet supports any currency. When creating your company, you select your base currency (e.g. AED, USD, GBP, EUR, SAR). All transactions, reports, and documents use this currency by default.

You can update your base currency later in Settings → Localization. Note that existing transaction amounts are stored as-is and are not converted when you change the currency.


6. How do I cancel my subscription?

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription & Billing
  2. Click Cancel Plan
  3. Confirm the cancellation

Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after that. Your data is retained and you can resubscribe at any time.

Cancelling your subscription does not delete your company or data.
