Free Trial
- Your 14-day trial starts the moment your company is created
- You get full access to all features during the trial
- No payment is collected until the trial ends
- You'll receive a reminder email before your trial expires
Subscribing After the Trial
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Select your preferred plan (Plus or Premium)
- Enter your payment details
- Confirm — your subscription activates immediately
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Billing Cycle
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually (annual saves you money)
- Your invoice is sent to your registered email at each billing cycle
- You can view past invoices under Settings → Subscription → Billing History
Upgrading or Downgrading
- Upgrading (Plus → Premium): Takes effect immediately. You'll be charged the prorated difference.
- Downgrading (Premium → Plus): Takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You'll retain Premium features until then.
Cancelling Your Subscription
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click Cancel Plan
- Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
Your data is never deleted when you cancel. If you resubscribe, everything is exactly where you left it.
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens when my trial ends?
If you haven't subscribed, your account enters a restricted state. You can still log in and view existing data, but you won't be able to create new transactions until you subscribe.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support at support@acusheet.com within 7 days of a charge.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes — annual plans are available at a discounted rate. Check the subscription page for current pricing.
Is there a discount for accountants or agencies managing multiple clients?
